With them only having around 1000, 25k would be a decent turnout, although with the history, school holidays, the pricing, the win on Saturday and the amount of time that has elapsed since we played these pricks I would have thought West Ham fans would be all over this one.

Dunno... But if we don't get over 20k, at the very least, then our fans deserve a cunting as that's piss-poor CHARLTON ATHLETIC/QPR/FULHAM shit when you've got tickets for a tenner...
We very rarely have shit gates in the League Cup and FA Cup and ours usually stand-out as one of the best and so I'd be surprised and disappointed if we have less than 20k tomorrow...
The likes of QPR and Stoke would barely have 10k for this sort of game though...

Most northern teams don't travel well... Sheffield United are no exception to that... Sheffield Wednesday do though but they're a bigger club with history and tradition that usually play in the top-flight...
Not surprised by The Blades bog average following for tomorrow night but, at a tenner and the bitterness they have towards us, you'd expect maybe 2k of them at least...

I'd be happy with the youth and Sakho and Poyet given a run out.
It doesn't actually matter WHO you play it's how you try to play on the pitch.
A bit of endeavour will be enough, BFS doesn't like the cups but he should realise this our best chance for silverware.
That's why it always bothers the fans that we show up and try to win.
